THE 2014-2015 PROGRAMME OF AFRA

 

The AFRA Procedures and Guidelines describe the procedure to be followed to develop new project designs. This involves mobilizing teams of regional experts (Project Scientific Consultants, Regional Designated Centre Focal Points and others) to carry out the detailed design of the projects electronically. This procedure has, in the past, resulted in high quality project designs and full regional ownership of developing the AFRA programme.
